The reason for our visit to the Pacific Northwest was to attend my brother Blake's wedding in Seattle. It was a wonderful wedding, and the weather was perfect too. They were married in the LDS Seattle Temple and had a reception at Salty's on Alki Beach.

This was the best picture we could get together as a family, and I wasn't very happy about it. All I wanted was one picture of us dressed up together and they just wouldn't cooperate.
The wedding was actually the same day as my sister Brook's birthday, so after the wedding festivities we had a pinata on the side of our hotel that Bill and Merrill brought. Of course the kids loved it, and of course a few were upset with how much candy they got. Later we all went downtown and ate on the water for Brook's birthday dinner.
